Kings 3D is proud to announce the successful development and official release of KS06FR, a new flame-retardant SLA resin engineered for high-performance industrial applications. Designed with ABS-like mechanical properties, KS06FR offers excellent fire resistance, accuracy, and durability, making it suitable for master patterns, concept models, general parts, and functional prototypes across the automotive, medical, and consumer electronics industries.

KS06FR features a medium-viscosity formulation that enables smooth recoating and easy cleaning on solid-state SLA platforms. It provides enhanced strength and dimensional stability even in humid environments, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. With low shrinkage, excellent machinability, and a short finishing and post-curing time, KS06FR helps users significantly improve manufacturing efficiency.


A key highlight of the new material is its V0-level flame retardancy, combined with strong yellowing resistance—an important advancement for applications requiring higher safety standards and long-term stability.
