To further improve machine performance and user experience, the FGF800 has now been fully upgraded to the FGF800Pro. The previous FGF800 model has been officially discontinued and replaced by this new-generation solution.
This upgrade focuses on delivering significantly improved stability through comprehensive enhancements in structural design, motion control system, and material feeding method — providing a more reliable solution for industrial large-format printing applications.

(Upgraded FGF 800 Pro)
The 800Pro features a newly upgraded modular XY-axis structure that offers:
·Smoother motion performance
·Improved positioning accuracy
·Increased structural rigidity
·Reduced deviation during long-hour printing
This modular design effectively minimizes mechanical vibration and positional offset, ensuring greater consistency and reliability in large-scale printing tasks.
The 800Pro is equipped with an upgraded servo motor system, providing:
Higher motion control accuracy
Faster response time
More stable operation
Enhanced overall system reliability
With precise position feedback and dynamic motion control, the servo-driven system ensures better printing quality, especially during high-speed or complex printing processes.
The 800Pro supports direct connection with a material dryer to enable an automatic feeding system:
Traditional material hopper has been eliminated
Material is delivered directly from the dryer
Maintains optimal material dryness
Improves printing consistency and success rate
This upgraded feeding method not only simplifies the machine structure but also prevents material moisture absorption — a critical factor for maintaining performance in industrial-grade applications.
The 800Pro is engineered to meet the demands of long-duration printing, large-scale part manufacturing, and high-intensity production environments.
More than just a model upgrade, the 800Pro represents a comprehensive enhancement in performance and reliability — delivering a more stable and efficient large-format FGF printing experience.
