Free 3D, a subsidiary of Kings 3D Group, officially unveiled its self-developed "Free AI" platform at a themed summit held in Shenzhen. The launch marks a significant step forward in Kings 3D’s digital strategy within the vertical 3D printing sector. By adopting a dual-engine approach of technological innovation and ecosystem development, the company is advancing toward a leading position as an integrated 3D printing service provider for the cultural art, sculpture, and commercial display industry. The platform also offers a scalable reference model for the commercial integration of AI and additive manufacturing.

As a leading additive manufacturing enterprise in China, Kings 3D serves high–value-added sectors including aerospace, defense, and medical applications. The group operates more than 30 subsidiaries and over 200,000 square meters of production facilities, and has been recognized as a national-level "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative Key Little Giant" enterprise.
By strategically expanding into advertising, design, signage, sculpture, and cultural art applications, Kings 3D is leveraging its strong manufacturing foundation and technical expertise to cultivate new growth opportunities, with Free 3D acting as the core execution entity.

According to the company, the Free AI platform integrates leading large language models such as Tencent HunYuan and Qwen, forming a closed-loop workflow covering design, production, and sales. Its proprietary intelligent agent system accurately aligns with commercial requirements, while museum-grade precision scanning and AI-driven modeling compress the modeling cycle to within one day, and reduce key workflow processing time to under one minute, significantly lowering industry costs.
The platform's Version 0.1 has already delivered core functionalities, while the upcoming Version 0.2 prototype will introduce features such as AI-based automatic project decomposition, further enhancing automation. The platform is jointly developed by Kings 3D and an expert research team from Shanghai University of Science and Technology, ensuring deep integration of industrial demand with academic innovation.

Free 3D has already deployed equipment in seven cities, with further expansion planned in Huizhou, Wuhan, and other regions. The company also plans to establish a nationally leading 3D printing production base for cultural art and sculpture in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, which is expected to begin operations in January 2027.
The commercial viability of the technology has been validated through landmark projects such as the 15th National Games Torch Tower, the Mecha Panda installation in Chengdu and Mianyang, and the Tencent CFS 10th Anniversary IP installation.

To accelerate nationwide growth, Kings 3D has launched the 331 Plan, aiming to build a service network covering 30 provincial capitals and 100 prefecture-level cities within three years. Through business empowerment, cost-based equipment supply, and complementary capital service plans, the company plans to acquire high-quality partners by 2028, forming diversified cooperation models tailored to different market needs.

As the additive manufacturing industry enters a critical phase of consolidation and upgrading, Kings 3D's AI-driven approach to the sculpture and commercial display sector precisely addresses the industry's demand for high customization and efficiency, establishing strong differentiation. Once scaled, the platform is expected to unlock a market potential exceeding RMB 1 billion, while accelerating Kings 3D’s transformation from equipment sales to integrated manufacturing services.

The launch of the Free AI platform and Kings 3D's push into integrated design services are highly synergistic with Winner’s strategic transformation, jointly enabling a seamless value chain from creative design to large-scale production, and accelerating the commercialization of 3D printing across both industrial and consumer markets.
