Kings M50E is the only SLM 3D printer that doesn't need protective gas in China. It is a new generation of vocational education-specific metal 3D printers.
Kings M50E is a new generation of vocational education-specific SLM 3D printers specially developed by the Kings Metal 3D team. It is used in metal 3D printing vocational training and skills competitions in secondary and higher vocational colleges.

Its biggest feature is metal 3D molding without inert atmosphere protection, which makes its operation process simple, the exhaust link is omitted, and the exhaust time and protective gas costs are saved.

Many friends may wonder, why doesn't a SLM printer need protective gas?
The most important thing is the new material we developed, Tin silver alloy powder. This new powder has a low melting point and does not easily react with air components such as oxygen and nitrogen, so it can be laser melted in an atmospheric environment.

Except that it does not require inert gas protection during the printing process, the M50E basically has all the structures of an SLM 3D printer. And built-in air circulation system makes the equipment compact and easy to move. So it is very suitable for low-cost education and training, providing complete metal 3D printing operations and skills training for students and vocational training trainees.
