For a long time, people have used traditional materials like plaster, clay, wood, foam, fiberglass, and epoxy resin to create amusement props, indoor and outdoor decorations etc. The whole process takes a lot of time and effort to finish a project.
It produces not only products but also populations like dust, noise, and non-eco-friendly elements. For some complex structures, it is hard to achieve and limit designers' imaginations.
▲Kings FGF1600 pellet printers are printing big size projects with ABS material
With our FGF pellet printer FGF1600, the whole procedure of making props and decorations can be much more efficient and eco-friendly compared with the traditional way. Kings FGF 3D Printer (FGF) is an extrusion-based 3D printing technique where plastic granules (that is plastic pellets) are melted and fed through a nozzle. It is also known as pellet extrusion printing, pellet printing, fused pellet fabrication or fused particle fabrication.
FGF1600 pellet printer can print around 12kg pellets per hour with a large printing size of 1600*1200*1300mm.
FGF1600 consumes cost-effective materials based on ABS, ASA, PLA, and PETG+glass fiber/carbon fiber that are suitable for indoor and outdoor sculptures, special-shaped walls, furniture, models, molds, display props, and other applications.

The total surface area of this project is 50 square meters. Totally 600kg of material is consumed for making it. It takes 3 days to print it out with an FGF1600 printer.
This is magic combined with 3D printing technology and light! The large Xiuqiu in Enshi Tujia Daughter City, with a diameter of 16m, is printed by Kings FGF pellet printer with ABS and PETG materials.
The FGF printed characters can be directly used for outdoor exhibition for many years after finishing and painting.
There is a project completed in 2015 and displayed outdoors for 8 years.
