As 2025 comes to an end, Kings 3D takes this moment to reflect on a year of steady progress, technological advancement, and continued engagement within the global additive manufacturing industry.
Throughout the year, Kings 3D remained focused on strengthening our industrial 3D printing solutions, expanding material capabilities, and supporting a wider range of real-world applications across multiple technologies. Together with customers, partners, and industry professionals worldwide, we continued to move forward in additive manufacturing with a clear focus on reliability, performance, and long-term value.
In 2025, Kings 3D continued to develop and refine its core technology platforms, covering a broad spectrum of industrial additive manufacturing processes.
In SLA, we expanded resin applications to address more demanding industrial requirements. This included the development of specialized functional materials such as KS06FR fire-resistant resin, supporting applications where safety performance and material stability are essential.
Our SLM portfolio was strengthened with the introduction of the M450F metal additive manufacturing system. Designed with enhanced reliability, safety, and efficiency in mind, the M450F reflects Kings 3D’s ongoing efforts to support high-performance metal part production across industries such as aerospace, automotive, tooling, and advanced manufacturing.
For SLS, both equipment performance and material capabilities were further improved. Comprehensive upgrades to our nylon material portfolio were completed, including materials compliant with EU food contact regulations, enabling broader adoption in regulated and application-driven environments.
In the area of large-format additive manufacturing, Kings 3D upgraded its FGF systems, highlighted by the enhanced FGF1800 Pro. These upgrades focused on improving system stability, automation, and operational reliability, supporting continuous production and large-scale composite printing applications.
Meanwhile, our FDM technology saw expanded application coverage through upgrades to the FDM1000 series. The introduction of the FDM1000s, developed for sculpture and large-scale project applications, further demonstrated the flexibility of FDM solutions in creative, architectural, and industrial contexts.
Alongside equipment development, Kings 3D continued to expand and refine its 3D printing materials portfolio across multiple technologies, aligning material performance more closely with practical industrial and application-specific needs.
Beyond product and technology development, Kings 3D actively participated in the global additive manufacturing ecosystem throughout 2025. The company exhibited at major international events, including RAPID + TCT in the United States and Formnext in Frankfurt, Germany.
These exhibitions provided valuable opportunities to engage with industry professionals, exchange technical insights, and better understand evolving market trends across different regions. Participation in these events also strengthened Kings 3D’s presence in global markets and supported deeper connections across the additive manufacturing value chain.
As the year concludes, Kings 3D remains committed to continuous improvement, practical innovation, and long-term collaboration within the additive manufacturing industry. The progress made in 2025 lays a solid foundation for further development in the years ahead.
Kings 3D extends season's greetings to the global additive manufacturing community and looks forward to continuing to deliver reliable, industrial-grade 3D printing solutions that support innovation and real-world production.
