Kings 3D is excited to announce its participation in IAAPA Expo Europe 2026 in London, one of the leading international events for the amusement parks, attractions, entertainment, and themed experience industries. At the exhibition, KINGS3D will showcase advanced large-format 3D printing solutions designed for prop making, sculptures, themed installations, and other large-scale creative applications.

The featured solutions include the Kings SLA1000Pro large-format SLA 3D printer and FGF1800Pro large-format pellet 3D printer, demonstrating how additive manufacturing can help entertainment and attraction manufacturers produce complex, highly detailed, and oversized components more efficiently.
For the props and entertainment industry, the KINGS SLA1000Pro provides an industrial solution for producing highly detailed models, prototypes, sculptures, and finished display components.
With a large build volume of 1000 × 1000 × 600 mm, the SLA1000Pro combines large-format printing capability with the high precision and surface quality of SLA technology. This makes it suitable for applications such as movie props, character models, museum replicas, statues, themed decorations, and immersive installations.

Traditional prop manufacturing often involves CNC machining, foam carving, manual sculpting, molding, and multiple finishing processes. Large-format SLA 3D printing can simplify this workflow by converting digital designs directly into physical models with high dimensional accuracy and fine detail.
One of the key advantages of industrial SLA 3D printing is its ability to reproduce intricate details and achieve a smooth surface finish. For entertainment and creative applications, where appearance is often critical, SLA technology can accurately reproduce complex textures, sharp edges, artistic details, and intricate geometries.
Large-format SLA printing also allows manufacturers to produce larger components in fewer sections. By reducing the number of individual parts, manufacturers can minimize assembly work and improve production efficiency.
Alongside SLA technology, KINGS3D will also showcase the FGF1800Pro, a large-format pellet 3D printer designed for heavy-duty applications including theme park props, sculptures, outdoor installations, movie props, window displays, and public artworks.
FGF (Fused Granular Fabrication) technology uses industrial polymer pellets instead of conventional filament. This enables high material throughput while offering a more cost-effective approach to manufacturing oversized structures.
The FGF1800Pro can achieve printing speeds of up to 15 kg/hour, making it suitable for producing large-scale components and structures that can be costly and time-consuming to manufacture using traditional methods.

For large props and sculptures, the combination of high deposition rates, pellet-based materials, and a large build volume can help manufacturers shorten production cycles while reducing material and manufacturing costs.
From highly detailed character models to meter-scale sculptures and themed installations, different applications require different manufacturing capabilities. By combining high-precision SLA 3D printing with high-speed FGF additive manufacturing, KINGS3D provides flexible solutions for both detail-oriented and large-scale production requirements.
At IAAPA Expo Europe London, visitors can explore how Kings 3D's large-format 3D printing technologies can be applied to:
- Theme park props and decorations
- Movie and TV props
- Sculptures and statues
- Character models
- Museum replicas
- Outdoor installations
