On May 9, 2025, Jiang Zexing, Chairman of Shenzhen Kings 3D Printing Technology Co., Ltd. ("Kings 3D"), signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Zhang Hongjun, controlling shareholder and actual controller of Winna Technology Co., Ltd. ("Winna Technology", stock code: 300609.SZ). On the same day, Jiang also signed a Share Subscription Agreement with Winna Technology to fully subscribe for the newly issued shares in cash. Upon completion of the acquisition, Jiang Zexing will become the new controlling shareholder and actual controller of Winna Technology.
This acquisition aims to deeply integrate the core technologies and resource advantages of both companies to build a "3D Printing + AI + Computing Power" industrial ecosystem, injecting new momentum into the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector. It also marks a crucial step in the synergistic development of high-end manufacturing and artificial intelligence.

Founded in 2004, Winna Technology is a leading provider of AI and big data application solutions. With strong capabilities in AI algorithms, data management, modeling, product R&D, and data compliance, the company serves over 4,000 clients nationwide across commercial, retail, and public service sectors, leveraging its expertise in data, algorithms, and computing power.

Through this acquisition, Kings 3D’s technological strength in industrial-grade additive manufacturing will be complemented by Winna Technology’s deep experience in AI algorithms and computing resources. Specifically, the integration will enable practical applications such as AI-optimized print paths, AI-enhanced print processes, AI-generated 3D models, and real-time monitoring of 3D printing using AI.
Moreover, by leveraging high-performance computing, the collaboration will enable remote monitoring, dynamic production scheduling, and the development of cloud-based collaborative platforms for additive manufacturing.
The strategic partnership has also received strong support from the Baoshan District Government of Shanghai. Going forward, Kings 3D and Winna Technology will work closely with the local government to advance the development of a smart manufacturing and 3D printing industrial cluster in the region.
This partnership reflects Kings 3D's proactive response to industry trends and Winna Technology's forward-looking technological strategy. Jiang Zexing stated: "This is a strategic move for the future. It signifies Kings 3D's transformation from a device manufacturer to a builder of intelligent manufacturing ecosystems. We aim not only to produce equipment, but also to create an open platform that integrates equipment, data, and intelligence, making advanced additive manufacturing accessible and affordable for all."
