AYSAF International Exhibition for Footwear Materials, Components, Leather and Technologies is held from Nov. 18th to 21st. Kings 3D is represented by Promakim, distributor of Kings 3D in Turkey in this session of AYSAF. Kings 3D and Promakim have together demonstrated two most popular 3D printers for shoe printing, both are capable of printing all kinds of shoe designs with perfect details and smoothness, esp. those with diamond design, texture, and etc.
Kings 6035Pro, with a max printing size of 600*350*350mm, can print 4-5 pairs of shoe soles in around 12 hours;
Kings 600Pro, with a max printing size of 600*600*400mm, can print 8-10 pairs of shoe soles in around 20 hours.
Multiple kinds of 3D printed shoe sole samples are presented during this trade show, and these 3D printed soles are of different resin type. The following SLA 3D printing resin is most popular in shoe sole/mold application, which is used as shoe prototype, shoe model for casting mold process, and direct PU mold for shoe sole:
KS408B is an ABS like resin in brown color, which is most widely used by shoe sole manufacturers, and esp. shoe mold makers. It can be both used for prototype use, and as model for casting mold.
KS198S is a rubber like resin in white color, which is liked by shoe manufacturers and sole mold maker to check shoe prototype. It’s rubber like with good elasticity and good details.
KS1208R is a high-temp resistant resin, which can resist to 120℃. It’s liked by PU mold manufacturer, esp. those who is making cooper PU mold. Direct printing PU mold has improved a lot in production efficiency with lower cost.
